In the name of God amen, I Price Walker of the town of Songer in the County of Clay and State of Ill being of sound mind & memory (Blessed be Almighty God for the same) do make and publish this my last will and testament
1st I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah Ann Three hundred dollars out of the first money collected out of my estate with eight percent interest until paid. Also my son Henry Martin one hundred dollars which he has been paid. My son James Barnett one hundred dollars has also been paid to him. Also my son Thomas Boston one hundred dollars to be paid out of the first money on my estate after my debts are paid & my bequest to my daughter Sarah Ann. Also my son William Wilbeforce an invalid to be supported & provided for conjointly. Also my daughter Martha Ellen to be joint heir with the others named in this will. & the before mentioned bequests has been paid the balance of my estate to be equally divided between all my above mentioned heir excepted my son William Wilbeforce who is to be provided for and supported by all my other heirs equaly.
James Barnet Walker I appoint to be my executor with Sarah Ann as assistant.
In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand & seal & publish & decree this to be my last will & testament in presence of the witnesses named below, this 11th day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty two.
